I am quiet, keep to myself. My biggest noise is a pocket radio. I walk daily, about four miles, and lift a free weight a little over an hour, and am conscious and knowledgeable about health and nutrition, especially aging, and the driver to this event. While he was alive, I worked under the leading certified clinical nutritionist in the country through one of his trained practitioners. My diet is austere and quite on point. I seem to do a significant amount of research by computer. My space in the kitchen is kept tidy. My concern is others honoring your personal space. Enjoy sports (Giants!). Also have duel degrees from Cal State East Bay. Looking for a private bath and room.
