Hi my name is Emily and I have a boyfriend and we are currently living together with a family but it isn’t working as the room we are renting the air conditioning doesn’t work in our room. They have limited our portable air conditioner use and it’s just a big mess as the room isn’t livable and they can rarely pay their expenses. We will be charged more for our portable air conditioner which I find very disappointing considering the sun always hits our window so it heats up quickly. We are very clean and very reasonable and accommodating. We have two cats and just need a place to stay for a year while we save up and my boyfriend goes to school. We are never loud we mostly stay in our room and respect your space. Please reach out if this sounds okay.
