Looking for someone to move into a house with. Found a cute house in Sedalia and I’m looking for someone that can pay around $1200-$1250 a month. I have cats, so if you’re not a cat person it will never work lol. Having a yard to garden in is essential for me -also my cats like to be outside. I keep things clean and orderly, and expect the same from a roommate. I have all of the furnishings for a house and even an extra dresser + bed/frame if that’s something you may need!

As for me, I am sober (mushroom friendly) but do not have qualms with folks who smoke pot or drink as long as it doesn’t contribute to mental instability haha. I’m somewhat of an artsy gal. I’m also quite the hobbie-haver and like to try new things often. I’m not an incredibly social individual, though I do have above average social skills. I keep my circle small -so there will never be need for concern about random people coming over. I’m chatty, friendly, and straightforward. Together we could hangout and watch movies, do some arts and crafts, or go fishing (though I do value my alone time.)
