I’m retired from a trades union very quiet and respectful no late night anything I’ve got an engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and I’m currently enrolled for online classes this fall I am brand new to the area recently divorced and needed a change of scenery. I’m very knowledgeable with fixing household problems carpentry,plumbing ECT..Very clean and do tend to stay to myself although don’t mind friendly conversations..
