I’m an ambiverted non-binary sound engineer and event tech, about to begin a medical gender transition. I’m clean, have always paid rent on time, and proactive about communication/boundaries. I play music sometimes (I’m very conscientious about the volume), but otherwise I’m quiet and often like to keep to myself at home.

Looking for either a room with a private bathroom, or to split a 2 bedroom apartment.
