Hi there, my name is Sara! I’m a female filmmaker originally from Germany but have been living in the US (LA & Boston) for almost a decade. I split my time between directing commercials and working on independent films.

My work life is a combination of working from home, being on set, and traveling for filming. My hobbies include tango, climbing, hiking, playing music, reforestation, reading, yoga and more! I like cooking when my schedule allows for it, and am always down for an occasional roommate dinner or chat over a glass of wine.

Open kind communication, and being considerate about the people around me are very important to me. I’m super organized, and I like to keep my home clean and welcoming. I’m also pretty handy and always down for a home improvement project!
