I am a 58 year old white male with a professional career and am very stable. I have great credit and nothing negative in a background situation. I currently work at a church and a school and have to have an updated background check every 3 years. I am a father of five grown children and 17 grandchildren. I was married for 38 years. I am preparing for retirement and want to take advantage of the current housing market in St Johns county where I currently live. I am needing accommodations for at least a year. I am selling my home and getting ready for retirement. I have not decided on a location and I have a few years left to work. I would like furnished but I do have furniture if needed. I am not at home very much and would probably just sleep there. I do have Fridays and Saturdays off but I usually don’t stay home. I do have one problem in that I may need two parking spaces as I have a company vehicle and a Jeep Gladiator. I do have the possibility to leave my vehicle at work but I would rather not. I am very easy going and very handy if a person needs things fixed around the house I can save you a lot of money. I like pets but in this circumstance I prefer for the home not to have a pet but its not a deal breaker for 1 pet. I am excessively neat and quiet. I just need a bedroom and private bath. My typical times at home are from 8pm to 8am. On my days off I do like to sit outside and relax sometimes but I usually take the jeep for a cruise to the beach or take the RV out for those two days.
