I would only be using the place a few days or a week or two at most at a time and it would not be every month. I am very tidy a respectful person. I have to visit my father who still lives in nearby Merrillville time to time thru the year as he is older and having medical issues, so it would be nice to have a place instead of constantly staying at hotels. My main work headquarters are also in Chicago so I have to come up & go into that office a couple times a year. I’m divorced & live in Atlanta. I occasionally (not that often as I prefer to travel alone) but I may need to bring my 2 children with me soon to be 9 & 11 that are well behaved. I also have a dog I may want to bring occasionally if I drive up. He is 4 yrs old been completely bathroom trained at a young age & is the sweetest lab mix. He is a good boy, not destructive nor does he bark a lot.
