I own my own home in Knoxville, TN but work in the Morgantown, PA area at least a week a month. I usually stay in a motel but they aren’t very nice in this area and are expensive. So I’d like to find a room to rent, a garage apartment, etc. It would be a $$ saver for me and help out someone needing some extra income for a space they aren’t using. I’m very clean and like others who are. When i’m in the area i’m picking up trucks in the area and driving them to surrounding states. I do on occasion have my fiancé or another driver with me so I’d need a place that could accommodate an occasional guest in my room with me. I have no issues with criminal or background checks. I’ve been a homeowner myself since 2001 and also owned three AirBnb units in Pigeon Forge, TN but sold them in March of 2023. I’ll respect your home as if it were my own. To be clear I won’t be living in a place here full time. Just when I am here working. I’ll only have some clothes. No furniture or belongings so a room with a bed would be great but I can buy a bed if it’s unfurnished. IF by chance you have a spot with electric, water, and sewer hookups for an RV I’d rent that spot and purchase an RV to keep here for my use. I’m flexible in what type of place will work for me.
