I’m leaving my house I’ve rented for the last four years on July 1st and I’m looking for something in st Pete. I have no evictions and I always pay on time and clean. I work in service industry downtown so I come home late and work full time. I have a 10 year old dog that’s really sweet and never has accidents, she loves cats and is a little shy. She likes to sleep a lot lol. I like watching anime and going out for drinks with friends. I’m interested in short term like maybe sublease and open to full term.
