36 years old, and fresh to the Austin area. Currently living up north in Georgetown, but am looking to move closer to core Austin. Move in date is flexible, just seeing what’s out there.

I use my home for decompression from the stressful environment of my industry, so I like to be chill at home, non-disruptive, and also stay clean and organized. I work at least 40 hours a week.
