Hello! My name is Tatiana and I’m a twenty-seven year old Professional Nanny and Art Teacher. I am looking for a new space to call home by the beginning of April. Ideally a sublease and short-term arrangement. I have 9 years of positive rental history and am moving from 2 years of living in Brooklyn, NY. For all the years I’ve lived independently (since 2016), I have strived to create a calm sanctuary for both rest and creativity. While at home I spend my time painting, writing music, reading, watching indie movies, preparing a home-cooked meal. :) I keep my own and common spaces tidy and organized, and I’m flexible with adapting to cleaning schedules or the overall habits of upkeep. I would describe my living style as communicative, clean, and respectful of space and boundaries while maintaining a welcoming and warming environment. I have one sweet & shy girl cat named Maxine (she’s tiny in size, comparable to a bunny) who warms up to new people well and is extremely well-behaved. I stay up to date with her needs and litter-box cleanliness and mostly she’d be staying in my room as she loves to hide, play a little and nap all day.
