Hello! My name is Tatiana and I’m a twenty-five year old Professional Nanny and artist/musician. I am urgently looking for a new space to call home by June 1st in various neighborhoods in Brooklyn. I am able to do a sublease, or sign with a guarantor. For all the years I’ve lived independently (8+), I have strived to create a calm sanctuary for both rest and creativity. While at home I spend my time painting, writing music, reading, watching indie movies, preparing a home-cooked meal (which I’m always happy to share!). This past year I’ve had my own apartment, and while I believe it was very helpful in my own growth of becoming an even more excellent roommate, I do cherish co-existing with others. I keep my own and common spaces tidy and organized, and I’m flexible with adapting to cleaning schedules or the overall habits of upkeep. I would describe my living style as communicative, clean, and respectful of space and boundaries while maintaining a welcoming and warming environment. I have one sweet & shy girl cat named Maxine (she’s tiny in size, comparable to a bunny) who warms up to new people well and is extremely well-behaved. I stay up to date with her needs and litter-box cleanliness and mostly she’d be staying in my room as she loves to hide, play a little and nap all day. I have excellent landlord recommendations & happy to provide roommate references, a decent credit score & many years of punctual rental history and a letter of employment from my Nannying Agency.
