Hi everyone! I am seeking a roommate to find a shared apartment with. I would prefer a 2 bed and 2 bath, but can work with 1.5 bath depending on set-up. I would prefer to move sooner rather than later, but am open to options.

I’m a pretty social person, but am also respectful of those who aren’t as much. I much prefer to take care of tasks and chores promptly instead of waiting it out for later (but yes, I do have my moments of weakness haha). I enjoy mostly artistic activities in my free time.

I am quite serious about roommate cohesion and compatibility, so I ask that, if we think we may fit well with one another, we discuss elements of a roommate agreement before committing to any lease. It is always better to be honest and upfront about our qualities than to regret having an ill-fitting roommate later - let’s be forthright about what we need!

I am hoping to be housemates with other people who identify as LGBTQ+.
