I am looking for a room with a PRIVATE bathroom no more than two other roommates. I currently live in a high rise in midtown and would like to stay in this area. My apartment complex can verify my on time payments and background check. I am recently getting a divorce (will not be an issue if i move in) and needing a new place for 6 - 12 months. Looking for something available by July 1st. I’m hoping to find someone who can work with me on my current budget. I work in digital marketing & recently photography so my schedule is typically set by clients I have scheduled. I do WFH but try to work at coffee shops and shared work areas like “spaces” or “we work” to get out the house as much as i can lol. I have no problem with background checks I don’t even have a speeding ticket lol. I don’t party much these days because I enjoy relaxing more but occasionally I’ll go out with friends. I typically spend my free time at the gym, spa or just out and about enjoying events / festivals in Atlanta. I don’t smoke weed (but don’t care if you do) and I dont partake in any other drugs. I’m respectful, clean, quiet, communicative if need be and definitely expect the same in my roommate(s). I’m easy going and a bit shy at first but happy to open up once we meet, I’m available to answer any questions!
