I’m a single mom in my 40’s, very responsible. I work full time long hours for a big company in Valencia. I have an almost 10 yr old daughter whom I share custody w/her dad 50/50. She plays travel ball softball so we are gone a lot of wknds. If home, watch tv and bbq and do family things. Very active, pickleball player. Clean and neat , I do have two small dogs and a Savanna cat all well behaved and potty trained. I crate dogs when I’m at work. I can move asap and am flexible to wait for later date.
