-I work full-time Monday through Friday and take 2 online classes through acc.

-I also do uber eats as a side thing for extra money

-I go to the gym and typically like being out by any body of water

PROs:

-I’m always on time or early, so there’s no risk of me not making a payment.

-I’m respectful of other’s spaces

Possible CONs:

-I have a kitten and she’s good with dogs and people so no worries there.

-I’m VERY neat in my living space, so please keep that in mind.

-I like to have friends over(like a few at most to watch a movie or something) but I’m not one to throw parties, I just like to go out to them on weekends.

-I don’t smoke anything and would prefer a non-smoker also. I can work with smokers if they’re willing to only smoke outside on the patio or in their room with a window open.
