Hello! I am a licensed healthcare professional who is looking to rent: a garage apartment (or MIL suite or separate guest house or something similarly private), for the next 2 to 3 years.

I’m also interested in teaming up for a house - with 1 other person - either to rent whole or to co-buy. If we co-bought, I would live in that house to take care of things paying my share, and you are welcome to just invest in that as an investment property. If this your thing, please message me.

I have no kids, no pets, do not smoke, and do not do large social gatherings. My rent budget is around $950 or less, with utilities included. If we co-buy that’s a different story and we can chat more in person.

I can move at any time (sooner or later) as I’m currently on a month to month lease, and so can make plans much in advance.
