Looking to rent long-term. Would prefer unfurnished and a private bathroom but not required. Mainly looking in Newport News, Yorktown and Hampton but will consider other cities. I’m introverted and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and am easygoing. My budget is not super high but I’m willing to take on household tasks to compensate. I will be clear and direct with you about expectations, boundaries, etc and want the same from you. I like animals, and I have a cat who is shy but who will eventually warm up to other people (she can be very cuddly!). I work at night and generally tend to be more active in the evening, late night or early morning.
