Just got out of the United states Airforce, And Got a stable industrial maintenance job in North Kansas city. I am trying to cut costs, and I am trying to live within Bicycle or walking distance of my work. (earn more, spend less and invest lifestyle). I am extremely responsible, I own 2 rental properties myself, located in Warrensburg MO. Which is why i am looking for a situation in which I dont have to go through a complex application process, Because application companies will not be able to understand my DTI ratio, since i make a lot of money in the gig economy, and different passive income sources.
