I am specifically interested in living in McKinney, Prosper, or Oak Point close to our church family. You will have your own private master suite with access to garage. Absolutely No drinking, smoking, parties etc. I’m a hard working mom that stays busy with kids sports and church activities. I’ve never considered room sharing, so this is new to me. I am clean and professional. I want to live in a certain brand new complex.. I’m looking for someone who is going to pay MINIMUM $1,500- $1,600.
