My current lease is up at the end of July 2024, looking for someone with a similar timeline. Preferably to team up and find something together but not opposed to an unfurnished room with private bath or private en-suite. I am your average 30 y.o. “homebody”: I work, come home, cook, eat and relax. I wouldn’t mind sharing meals, ordering out and watching a mutual show or play cards/board game together. I love farmer’s markets, plant nurseries and trying new food places. I’m clean and mostly organized. I proactively clean up after myself and try to be quiet during early or late hours (if I’m up). I work typical 9-5 and likely from home with occasional trips to the office or different sites. I can get loud when I’m laughing at something funny or on the phone with my mom but I try to be as considerate as possible. I’m looking for someone interested in the same or similar arrangement.
