Clean and respectful roommate who works as a remote, freelance designer. I do work from home and have an incredibly friendly and trained dog who loves people and other pets (Licensed ESA). I’m currently getting my Pilates Certification in Flatiron, so I am out of the house quite often. Prefer off JMZ or F train.

I love a quiet place to come home to and relax. I go out to meet up with friends and don’t bring the party home. I currently live on the LES and love running the bridge into Brooklyn.

My ideal situation: living in a very chill, plant-filled home with lots of light EXTRA MACIG: an outdoor area.
