I am semi-retired and I am a creative with an arts business on the side. I am friendly, quiet and neat, (as in tidy). I enjoy the company of others, but also enjoy my solo time. I am looking for a bedroom with my own bathroom in a house and would prefer a female roomie. I have a poodle-bischon dog who is friendly and quiet. I can provide personal references if needed.
