I’m looking to room share. I’ve been living with my current roommate/landlord for 10 years and we’ve become good friends, however she and her long time boyfriend are moving onto more serious stages of their lives so we must part ways living arrangement wise.

I am looking for $500/mo all inclusive. I’m open to going higher depending how close I would be to my job, since currently my commute to work is 30+ minutes. Ideally furnished but not a must. I work in High Point and currently live in Burlington.

A little about me. I’m male, 42 years old, and I don’t smoke, use drugs, nor drink. I’m a reserved, low key mellow fellow who’s mostly a homebody. I don’t party nor make a lot of noise. I don’t have friends over often. I play online games and every other weekend I play Dungeons and Dragons online but neither is noisy. I’ve been at my current job for 5 years and I enjoy it, so I’ll stay there as long as they’ll have me. I’m also open to team ups with folks so we can all pitch in for an apartment together.
