I live in a house 2 hours from a new job and know it would be less costly to live closer majority of the week. I like to stay busy most of the time and am used to a care-giving lifestyle in an auto-immune household. This makes me patient, polite, and clean. I’m respectful of others’ space and possessions and expect the same in return. Male/Female/Cross gender roommates make no difference to me. I’m a broad white guy so if that concerns you let’s not waste each other’s time.

I can show I’ve never been late on any bills and am looking to rent/share space for no more then $1200 per month in a house around the South Austin - Bastrop area. Lower prices get my priority obviously. I’m also searching out of state, but won’t move until I secure a new position at work. Ready to sign rentals month to month or 6 month lease. Houses preferably.
