Hello, I’ll only be occupying my space in the apartment about 10 days a month and Full Time during mid-June/July/August. My primary residence is in New Hampshire, where there is no sales tax and almost everything is half the price of New York. I get great joy out of being a mule of better priced groceries and other oddities that can fit in my SUV for friends and roommates alike.
I have a mid-sized son that stays in New Hampshire, but might like to take a weekend vacation to visit the city with me, he’s house trained (at 8) and down to clown around the town.
