Hello! I consider myself a pretty relaxed person, Im a full time student, work part time and like to keep a clean space. I don’t smoke or party, and have good credit and rental history. I’m a music major and would love to room with other music folks though its not a requirement, I’d like to add I am also respectful about my practice times. I’m hoping to have a friendly relationship with my roommates. Ideally I would like to find a place with washer and dryer hookups and a small yard but I know my budget is pretty low for the area.
