Hi everyone! I’m looking for a furnished room for 3 months lease starting early August. I am 24 and will be attending a language school in the Downtown area before starting an internship from November. My budget is $800-1,000 a month, and I’m open to sharing a room with someone! I don’t own a car, so I’m specifically looking for a room near the language school in neighborhoods like Little Italy, Hill crest, Bankers Hill, East Village, or surrounding areas. I’m an easy going, clean, and respectful roommate and looking for girls who also ideally want to be friends! I’m always up for exploring San Deigo, going to the beach, or nights out!
