Single person currently renting a one bedroom apartment in Riverside by Tyler mall. My lease is up on July 30, so I’m looking to find someone to team up with and rent a 2 bedroom apartment. Not wanting to rent with a couple. I like to keep my apartment very clean, so looking for someone similar. I work Monday to Friday, I am away from 9:30am until around 7:30pm during the week and off on the weekends. I’m very outgoing and social, along with being a night owl.
