Trying to help an elderly man, age 73, find a room for rent. 9-years employee at Macy’s Sherman Oaks shopping center. Needs a ground-floor unit as he is somewhat challenged physically. Also needs secure parking. Very quiet, neat/tidy, keeps to himself. Wants to move by 6/10, or at the latest 6/18 as property where he is currently living is being sold and escrow to close on 6/22. I am a friend of his current landlord, trying to find a safe, affordable place to move to.
