Hey there! I’m Alyssa, I’m 23 and I’m moving from San Diego to Nashville on August 24th. Unfortunately, my roommate had to back out of our apartment last minute and I’m looking for someone to take over her 12 month lease.

Here is a little bit about the apartment: It’s a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath on the first floor, conveniently located right by the pool. We’ve got laundry facilities, trash service, and the added perk of being within walking distance to some amazing restaurants and coffee spots. It’s located in Germantown, which is the perfect spot if you want to be close to down down, but not in the middle of the buzz. Rent is $1361 a month, excluding internet and NES.

A little bit about me: I’m a remote event planner, and I absolutely love my job! I have a small dog named blondie, she barely barks and is the best cuddle ever.
