I am looking for a room for rent this upcoming October – or mid-September sometime. Preferably something a little cheaper- around $800 range, a little more is fine (let’s not be insane).

I am a current student at University of Maine at Presque Isle.

I am have been on the Dean’s list every semester I have attended.

I do not drink, party, or use any drugs.

I am usually kept to myself, not too loud. Or if there is some sort of audio (at all) there can be common arrangements.

I don’t have strangers over at night.

I am on my senior year, or something-like, my final semester at school and am planning out some sort of grad school in the future.

If it is possible to work out some sort of situation with credit, I am not sure if that is something you can work out (just give me a message and we can work that out).

I will be able to pay per month, on time, on a scheduled pay date (not a pay date that is not real).
