I’m only looking for a basement room for myself. I work the graveyard shift and I’m a great tenant, because I keep to myself and always pay the rent early so theres never any problems. I’m gone most of the time and will only be there to sleep and on my 1 day off take it easy in my room watching movies. I don’t smoke, or do any drugs except what a doctor prescribes. I don’t really drink except maybe on my day off sometimes, but not much. I don’t really have a lot of time for that. Anyway – If you have any questions please ask or call me.
