Hi, we’re a couple (27 and 29), currently applying to graduate school. We are looking for a clean, quiet place to call home. We have one small cat who is well-behaved and litter-trained. We’re very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and don’t host parties at all. Occasionally, we may have family over for a small dinner, but nothing loud or disruptive.
