I am quiet and like the same. I don’t throw parties but I don’t mind going to one occasionally. I love dogs, have had one all my life until 2019, when the last one died of cancer. I was even a professional dog walker/dog sitter in LA for 5 years. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats, so even though I have lived with cats in the past, I can’t do it anymore.

I would love to rent 2 rooms in a house with one other roommate and have my own bathroom. I like having an office/storage space outside of my bedroom. But if the bedroom is big enough, one bedroom would be fine as well.

I do smoke but only outside. I love cooking on a grill outside, so I would buy a grill if you don’t already have one.

I am only interested in a house or duplex, I don’t want to live in an apartment anymore. Too much drama and noise. Been there, done that, after 12 years in LA & 3 years in NYC. I am looking for a long term roommate but would like to start month to month or a 3 month lease to see if we are compatible.
