Hey there! My roommate and I, are looking to team up with a 1-2 people to find and rent a house in NW. Our lease ends the end of July, and we want out; wanna be back in a house, but open to an apartment. Shooting for $1100/month/each, we would each have our own room. We have animals, so you’d have to be cool with them (they’re sweethearts). We both work full time at a non-profit respite for unhoused adults with hiv or cancer in AdMo. We’d like to have housemates we can hangout with, but also respect solitude. Totally okay with having friends over, just be respectful. Would ideally share chores and cleaning.
