Hi!! I’m looking for a room to rent by the FIU MMC campus that’s within my budget! I’m a prospective FIU graduate student, and will be working full time as well, so I’d like a space that feels relaxing. I would prefer a women only space, also! I am clean, especially in common areas, and am fairly quiet. Only thing is that I do have a boyfriend that would stay the night occasionally, but I’ll always give a heads up before hand!
