Jordan Man

Ive been living in Bethany beach since may of 2022. Im very responsible mature and clean person. i was renting a room since i moved in and payed 600$ a month for it.. since i moved in rent is every 2 weeks and payed on friday. But instead i payed rent each Thursday and since i moved in never missed not a single payment of rent. when it comes to my bills they come first. also can have my roomate write up something showing ive never missed rent. Im being kicked out at the end of june due to roommate moving away. I do not party i work as a maintenance man in ocean city for vacasa . i do mechanical work on the side. im 25 but i consider myself 40 because of how responsible and mature i am. i stay to myself for the most part and can afford along the lines off 1500 myself a month. i really want to rent a home to myself or find a roommate. choosing me would be a really good decision because you will always have rent on time. Im a good man with a personality of a grown responsible adult.
