Julia

My name is Julia. I am 22 years old and I study Psychology. This summer I will be taking part in research project at Stanford University and later on in Summer School. That is why I can call myself as a person curious of the world outside and scientifically focused. What interest me the most are other human beings - how can I get to better understand other people. That is why apart from my degree I am learning many languages (Norwegian, Spanish, French, English) and have a wide experience from NGO’s. I am a friendly person who is truly oriented on creating sense of community in my surrounding. I have leaded for almost 3 years a scout team group, where I have organised various camps in order to create an environment, which allows kids to grow and develop new skills.

Getting to more practical aspects of living together, I am a neat person who like to keep his space tidy. Also, I do respect that my roommates may have different needs and I am always trying to respond to those and find a comfortable solution for both sides. Cooking, Cleaning, Doing laundry and Sharing duties will not be something new to me. Having said that, I may say that I am a cheerful person with optimistic attitude. If I can get enough sleep and eat properly, you can rely on me for sure!
