As a roommate, I prefer neat but am chill about people having different priorities, and would prefer quiet hours on weeknights unless we’re hosting friends all together. Would love a space with good light and/or a lanai! I’m a travel writer too and plan to run the NYC marathon in November, so roommates who are cool with a sublease on occasion would be great. I’ve lived in NYC, Park City, and here!
