Greetings, my name is Eli… I’m a gentle giant who is seeking to rent temporary space while in College part-time. I’m a mama’s boy on the low, who was raised with exceptional manners and respect for others. I pride myself on keeping good hygiene & cleaning up after myself. I’m a brand new public school teacher, so you already know that I’ve been fingerprinted and I’ve passed my background check lol. I’ve owned a successful exterminator company based out of Brooklyn NY, for over twenty-five years. I’m also a licensed NY Notary Public, who moonlighted as a Signing agent part-time. As you can see I keep myself pretty busy, so I don’t have any children, yet. This September I’m starting my Master’s Degree program for a couple of years. I am looking for space preferably with a private bathroom and parking so I can basically focus, stay out of the way and relax with a peace of mind.
