Ben and Mandy & Amanda

We are young professionals/business owners. I am a veteran working in defense technology and Amanda is part owner in a local brewery. I travel about 50% of the time and am usually out and about when I am in town. We both have hybrid work schedules and would enjoy a home office space or shared work space. We are neat, clean, and very well organized. We enjoy being outside, beach days, international travel, and talking about science technology, or current events. Amanda is a fantastic horticulturist and loves house plants. We are happy keeping to ourselves but don’t mind being social with roommates. We are looking for an inspiring house with views, and close to the ocean. No apartment complexes please. Our ideal locations are: Point Loma, Bay Park, Mission Hills, Coronado, and North PB. We aren’t considering anything east of the 5, or downtown.
