I’ve been renting a room and bathroom in a lovely home with the lovely owner. She has been thinking about selling pretty seriously so I’d like to see what is available.

I live in Winter Park Florida, but love having a presence in New Smyrna Beach or possibly the surrounding area. I love being able to walk to Canal street or Flagler Ave.

I do have a dog, but he could stay at the Winter Park house. My daughter lives there too If I could bring him once in a while, it would be nice but not necessary. I will maintain my Winter Park house also and go back-and-forth.

My credit score is 827 and I am a retired AT&T programmer. I’ve never been arrested and don’t plan in it ever!!
