I am a very clean and organized, 45 years old US Army veteran who has worked in HVAC Air-Conditioning for 20 years. I work from home 4 days a week on a PC and program software so I am a very quiet person and I do online tutorials for a YouTube Presence at a respectful volume. The rest of the week I am on service calls away from home. I would need to be in a room etcetera that was pretty quiet but obv we all need to make noise sometimes so I am flexible.

I have a girlfriend but she will not be living with me.
