It’s a 25 to 30 minute drive to CSUMB but an easy drive through River and Reservation road. Located in Gonzales, CA in a safe and quiet neighborhood along with quick and easy access to major freeways.

The home is furnished and you will have access to kitchen appliances; dish-wear, stove, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Living room TV will also be available to enjoy as well a huge backyard! Shared kitchen & restroom with marble countertops and new cabinets. Washer and dryer will be located in garage.

About Us: I am a student who studied at Fresno state and is planning to transfer to CSUMB to obtain my bachelor’s in Business Administration. All of us are in our 20’s as well friendly, mature & responsible and very career oriented! All 3 of us have busy schedules with work & school and keep the house peaceful and tidy. Best fit for anyone who is looking for a clean and safe place to call home!

Guest Policy: Roommates are always welcome to have up to 2 guest over anytime, over 3+ guests will need permission just so I’m aware as well the other roommates. No issues with overnight guest as long as it’s no more then once a week. ☺️
