I’m sort of a popular loner kinda private well kept individual who doesn’t judge others being I’m a little ruff & rugged with urban tendencies, as a neighbor/roommate I’m respectful courteous considerate of one’s values & practices most importantly a man of my word especially pertaining financial agreements & propositions, as a team/group renter I’m a chore helper who will cover one’s tasks or assists with financial responsibilities when capable and necessary I’ve been in difficult financial situations and received help from people or organizations when was in stressful or unfortunate dilemmas so I can relate or understand genuine people that seek to strive although occasionally acquire unfortunate setbacks due to miscalculated decisions or uncontrollable events. I don’t necessarily expect what I do to help/assist with to be paid back rather hope is genuinely reciprocative to other roommates/group renter’s if none the less. New to this so I hope with high regards who reads this can understand & if nothing else will consider & inquire to communicate rather than just passing or judging out of past experiences with others or possibly pre-perceived thoughts or stereotypes.
