I am a 38 year old single parent with a beautiful baby boy, who is seven years old who is living temporarily with his grandparents (my parents in Augusta), while I’m waiting on my home to be built. Currently, I am an operations store manager for ExtraSpace Storage. I also have been a small business owner since 2009. I am studying at Georgia State University and the project management Institute for my project management certification. I know my budget I have a plan and it is to save money while in school. I currently am renting a brand new townhome in Cumming that is very nice yet expensive. I have a tax/budget advisor and I need as nice of an upscale quaint living space to rest, eat, shower, study, and occasionally let my son come stay over. I will more then likely get hotel the nights he is in town depending on the space and circumstances around renting a room. Storage is not an issue obviously because I have a place for my belongings. The key is I want to help be an asset or blessing to someone and be a breath of fresh air, all while saving more money for me and my sons new home. My finance his mother passed away a few years ago so my son is my motivation and inspiration and he’s very understanding for his age on why we are doing what we are doing in the short interim.
