Shanice

Hey, my name is Shanice. I’m 30 years old and I work in the mental health field as a recovery coach. I have a 3 year old dog. He’s friendly and house trained, is not a barker (thankfully) and if I’m not with him outside or at the park, he’s with me just relaxing. As a roommate, I truly value cleanliness, honesty, maturity and communication. I take alot of pride in wherever I call home so peace and cleanliness are the top priorities. I think its important to be considerate and mindful when you live with other people so I would like to have open communication to maintain a comfortable living environment. My current move out date is July 1st but I am flexible. My budget limit is $1200. I don’t use Instagram but I can share my Facebook or LinkedIn profile.
