I work a lot, M-F until 7/7:30 and may have additional work on the weekends. I have a very sweet 1 year old, 100% house and crate trained Shar Pei mix (she is also a certified ESA) named Penelope.

I tend to keep to myself and I’m completely focused on rebuilding my life after officially separating from my husband (I’m emotionally fine with this ;) I was the one who left). It’s also the reason why I’m on here and looking to lower my overall expenses.

I read vs. watch TV, love music, ex-foodie, like wine & IPAs and Philly sports teams (Phillies/Eagles) and have a good circle of friends.

I’m currently renting at Innovation Apartments and I’d be open to transferring or converting my lease into a new 2 or 3 bedroom unit with 1 or 2 other roommate(s) and split everything equally. I really like living here - feel free to check out the website about the complex.
