We are looking to move for january. Preferably looking for a room with a private bathroom, and off street parking, but its not a dealbreaker. Looking for a monthly lease only unless it’s a good fit, then we wouldn’t mind extending the lease. I’m pregnant and due in February so there will be a newborn later on. I am currently on maternity leave but i do deliveries on the side. He works full time for the state. I have a car, he has a motorcycle. We don’t smoke or drink. We are both clean, quiet, and mainly stay to ourselves.
